Collin Services, Inc. was founded in 1972 as Collin County Pest Control by Jerry and Margaret Wassom. Thirty-six years later Collin Services, Inc. is still in the Wassom family. Owner / President Mitchell Wassom's goal is to continue to improve Collin Services, Inc.'s reputation of quality service at affordable prices. In 2006, Collin Services, Inc. received the prestigious Quality Pro designation (the pest control industry's mark of excellence) by the National Pest Management Association.

builder's associations and the National Association of Home Builders.
The keys to any companys success are the quality and loyalty of its people. Jerry Spears, C.A. (Production Manager) and Butch Baldwin, C.A. (Service Manager) have been with Collin Services, Inc. for 21+ and 15+ years respectively. Shanna Merritt (Administrative Assistant) has been with the company for 22 years. The average length of service for all employees is 14 years. To provide the highest quality training, Collin Services, Inc. has on staff a nationally recognized entomologist, Dr. Ray Thompson. Dr. Thompson is also a registered sanitarian. The companys specialized Service Technicians are certified and licensed, and have gone through intense training and receive continuing education on a regular basis. Collin Services, Inc. also provides Quality Assurance. The company performs periodic Quality Assurance Evaluations to guarantee client satisfaction and to measure the effectiveness of the training and continuing education program.
